The Center on Muslim Philanthropy and Lilly Family School of Philanthropy are hosting an online panel of experts who’ll share their perspectives on how to best steward donors during these uncertain times.
The COVID-19 pandemic has quickly transformed our lives. Many of us are confined in our homes, many have lost their jobs, there is great economic uncertainty, and fundraisers are forced to think of new strategies for engaging key donors and prospective supporters. How do we steward a donor when we can’t meet with them face-to-face, have events or other meaningful opportunities to engage? Should we be stewarding our donors at a time when they are worried about themselves, their families and this economic uncertainty?
