ISPU is partnering with the Muslim Legal Fund of America to bring the Muslim Nonprofit Leadership Conference to 15 cities across the country. The main conference will deliver practical information about laws impacting Muslim nonprofit and religious organizations—whether it’s the Muslim ban, immigration delays, watchlists or compliance-related nonprofit shutdowns—equipping Muslim community leaders with the knowledge and resources for successfully navigating the increasingly complicated legal landscape affecting Muslims in America.
The conference will also include a 2-hour interactive session based on ISPU’s Reimagining Muslim Spaces project. It aims to help American Muslim communities build more accessible and community friendly mosques by reducing barriers to engagement and increasing mosque capacity.
