ISPU scholars are producing an impressive body of in-depth research and analysis. In order to achieve the goals specified in our mission statement, ISPU will focus on the following types of publications:
- Newspaper articles
- Policy Briefs
- Journal Articles
- Case Studies
- Reports
- Books
Our aim is to both identify the key concerns of various communities in the United States and to give voice to those concerns. ISPU gives great weight to research that is relevant, timely, accessible and understandable. We recognize that long-term impact does not always require long, exhaustive studies yet we remain committed to research that is thorough and of the highest quality. The key for us is to be simple, relevant and on time rather than unnecessarily exhaustive and outdated.
ISPU disseminates its research material through various formats and means including regular mailings and through our website. This material and ideas within these publications have the potential to make dramatic changes in policy and eventually transform society. But unless these ideas are widely distributed and available to the public, the opportunity to have an impact is lost. Therefore, we invite you to sponsor a research project and contribute to the cost of production and mailing so that ISPU scholars can undertake the topic on your behalf.
